Fill a small glazed ceramic dish or mug with hot water until just below the rim. Add a tablespoon of vinegar and dissolve one tablet in the dish or mug. Submerge an egg and allow it to colour for about 1 minute for a light shade and up to 5 minutes for a dark shade. 1 tablet is enough to colour 3 eggs. An adult should supervise when colouring the eggs. No Easter without decorating eggs, fun for children, but not always for the parent. HEMA has given that some thought!
